Returns & Refunds
Thank you for supporting our small business! As a growing company, the ability to process returns and refunds is limited, but we strive to ensure you have a positive experience with our products and services.
Digital Products:
Please note that all sales of digital products, including workbooks and other downloadable content, are final. Due to the nature of digital items, we are unable to offer refunds once the purchase is completed.
Books:
We do not accept returns on books that have been damaged or used. If your book arrives in a defective condition, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to assist in resolving the issue.
Services:
Refunds are not available for services once they have been completed. However, if you need to cancel a scheduled service, we kindly request that you do so at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable.
