With a humble approach, the author updated therapist aids and resources, incorporating her expertise in art to create tools that are both therapeutic and accessible. While these books are not intended to replace professional therapy, they are crafted to be valuable companions in the healing process, ideally used alongside work with a therapist or psychologist. The goal is to provide additional support, comfort, and encouragement to those who are overcoming the effects of domestic violence.
