End User License Agreement

All products, including digital workbooks, audio files, and other content created by my company, are published under my pen name, Soul Adapted, to protect my personal identity. Please be aware that all images, sounds, videos, and other media used in these products are the exclusive property of Color Your Soul Whole and Soul Adapted.

By purchasing or downloading any product, whether paid or free, you agree that you do not have permission to reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use these images, sounds, or videos for personal or commercial purposes without explicit written consent. The Digital Products are provided "as is," without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Company does not guarantee that the Digital Products will be free of errors or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of Your use of the Digital Products, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of profits, data loss, or interruption of services.
